Do you offer trip insurance?

We do not offer trip insurance as part of our workshops. The weather, pandemics, and life happen to all of us. Deposits are non-refundable so if you are concerned something might happen we suggest you think about trip insurance.

Is lodging included?

Unless specified lodging is not included in the cost of a workshop. We love to be super mobile and camping is always preferred, but once you send in a deposit you will receive information on lodging and campgrounds for your workshop. We recommend that as soon as you book your workshop and receive your digital packet, you book your accommodations as soon as possible. 

Is transportation included?

We do not offer transportation for our guests at our workshops. Clients are expected to get to the workshop location as well as transportation to and from our adventure locations. We always recommend 4x4 vehicles as some of our locations will be accessed via rougher roads. Basic 4x4 rental cars will be able to access all of our locations on our workshops.

Can I bring a guest?

If you would like to bring along a non-photographer significant other or friend, we are happy to have them when appropriate. Your guest may accompany the group on adventures but understand that they will not receive any field instruction or post-processing guidance of any kind. We ask that any guest that is in consideration to join is physically able to reach all of our trip locations.

What is your refund policy?

In order to reserve a spot in a workshop, you must submit a deposit. All deposits are non-refundable. Final payments are due 7 days before the workshop starts. There are no refunds once we receive your final payment. However, if we are able to find another client during those 7 days, or if you have a friend that is interested in going, we will refund everything but your deposit.

 

We reserve the right to cancel or postpone any of our workshops. If we do happen to cancel a workshop we will do our best to reschedule within the year. If we are not able to reschedule the workshop a full refund will be issued to the client.

Workshop locations are subject to change without prior notice. We don't ever plan to change the location of a workshop and if we have to we will try and find similar locations but if outside influences cause us to change the location we will provide an updated itinerary and lodging information.
